Jared P. Quesenberry, O.D., TPA Certified, Optometrist
Dr. Quesenberry earned his Bachelor's degree from Messiah College, and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. During his training, he worked at a hospital-based facility with the White Earth Indian Health Service in Minnesota. He also trained at a private practice in Lexington, Virginia and spent significant time at an inner-city based clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to coming to Bedford, Dr. Quesenberry practiced in Lynchburg. Dr. Quesenberry is a Virginia native and grew up in Crozet. His expertise covers the full spectrum of primary family eye care from kids to seniors, contact lenses and ocular disease. He has a specialty interest in glaucoma, dry eye, and scleral contact lenses. He resides in Bedford with his wife and child.
Anna H. Farouq, O.D., TPA Certified, Optometrist
Dr. Anna Farouq attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received a B.A. in Biology and English in 1998. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2005 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. While there, she had externships that focused on ocular disease, one of which was with the National Indian Health Service in Shiprock, New Mexico. Previous to joining Bedford Family Eye Care, she practiced in Lynchburg for almost nine years. Dr. Farouq is certified through the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, and is licensed as a therapeutic optometrist through the Virginia Board of Optometry. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and welcomes all new patients. She has a specialty interest in ocular disease and difficult to fit contact lenses. She resides in Forest, VA with her husband and two young children.
