Jared Quesenberry – Optometrist

O.D., TPA Certified, Optometrist

Jared Quesenberry OD is dedicated to bringing exceptional, personal eye care to our community. As a TPA-certified optometrist, Dr. Quesenberry provides comprehensive vision care for the entire family—from pediatric eye exams and specialty contact lenses to prescription eyewear.

Beyond routine vision checks, Dr. Quesenberry specializes in managing complex eye health needs, including dry eye relief, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management, and urgent care for eye infections or injuries. He takes the time to listen to each patient's needs, ensuring clear vision and healthy eyes at every stage of life.

Outside of the office, Dr. Quesenberry enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 daughters and his extended family.

Andrew Horvath – Optometrist

We are thrilled to have Andrew Horvath OD on our team as a part-time optometrist! Originally from Port Huron, Michigan, Dr. Horvath completed his undergraduate studies in chemistry at Albion College before earning his optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry. To further hone his skill in complex medical eye care, he completed an intensive residency in ocular disease management at the VA Illiana Medical Center.

Whether you need a comprehensive eye exam, new contact lenses, or specialized management for conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetic eye health, Dr. Horvath is dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate care.

When he isn't helping patients, you can find Dr. Horvath staying active, golfing, traveling, or enjoying quality family time with his wife, Maggie, and their kids, Krystian and Julianna.

Rebecca Hester – Office Manager

Behind every smooth clinic visit is someone making sure the details are taken care of and for us, that’s Rebecca Hester. She handles our provider credentialing and insurance claims, patient billing, and keeping our clinic connected and accessible to the families in our area. As a pastor's wife and active member of our community, Becky brings a warm, caring spirit to everything she does. When she’s not working or working on custom design crafts, she enjoys every moment of being a new grandmother.

Debbie Hall – Front Desk Specialist

Debbie is a valued member of the front office team at Bedford Family Eye Care, bringing more than 20 years of experience in medical billing and patient services. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient and takes pride in treating each person with the same care and respect she would offer her own family. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending church, and has a deep love and appreciation for music.

Jennifer Butcher – Licensed Optician

Jennifer Butcher is an ABO Certified and Virginia-licensed optician with extensive experience in optical care and ophthalmic assisting. She has a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their eyewear, and she especially enjoys building lasting relationships with the people she serves. Outside of work, Jennifer treasures time with her husband, Jacob, and is a proud mom to her daughter, Abby, who is pursuing her education in medical school, and her son, Aaron, who serves in the Army Reserve. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she enjoys being involved in her church, staying active through CrossFit, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer brings warmth, humor, honesty, and a personal touch to everything she does.

Stacie Carter – Optician apprentice

Stacie is a warm-hearted, family-oriented person who loves making memories with the people and pets she loves most. As an optician, she enjoys helping people see and feel their best. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Brent and their goldendoodle, Millie. Stacie is happiest when she is at the beach, surrounded by the people she loves, creating something special and meaningful. She is especially excited for the next chapter of life and becoming a mom to a daughter who is already so deeply loved.
